AI Marketing Machine Terms and Conditions

By enrolling in the “AI Marketing Machine” program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Program Overview
Schedule: The upcoming current schedule is always outlined on the website to review prior to purchase.
Session Times: All sessions run at 9:00 AM AWST / 12:00 PM Sydney.
Support: Participants receive 30 days of access to the private Facebook support group with Em Gee and her support partners
Objective: The Program is designed to help you create and implement an AI-powered marketing system to save time and enhance your marketing efforts.
2. Program Content & Access
Portal Access: Participants receive 6 months of portal access to Program materials from the start date of the program.
VA Add-on: A “Bring Your VA” option is available for an additional $350 AUD. This allows a team member to receive their own login credentials upon completion of the VA onboarding process.
Updates: Participants will receive all future updates to the Program at no additional cost.
3. Pricing and Payment
Standard Price: The standard enrollment fee for the Program is $1157AUD (excl.GST)
Alumni Pricing: Past participants (Alumni) are eligible for a $700 discount
Payment Plans: Installment options are available at checkout.
Payment Disclaimers:
If an installment payment fails, we will reach out to you personally to resolve the issue.
Ultimately, continued failure to complete payments will result in the loss of access to the Program and its materials.
In such cases, any payments already made will be applied as a credit toward future programs.
Completion Requirement: All payments must be completed by the end of the Program.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, participants must watch all sessions and fully implement all strategies and workflows provided during the Program.
Guarantee: If you have watched all sessions and implemented everything, but do not believe the system has saved you 10 or more hours per week, you may request a refund.
Request Process: Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of completing the Program.
Review: Refunds are issued at the discretion of the Program administrators after a full review of your participation and implementation.
5. Participation and Conduct
Engagement: Participants are expected to actively participate in all sessions and engage respectfully with other members in the Facebook group.
Confidentiality: Sharing Program materials outside of the enrolled group is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in removal from the Program without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All materials provided, including workbooks, slides, and videos, remain the intellectual property of the Program creators.
Usage: Participants may use these materials for personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Disclaimers
Educational Nature: The Program provides educational content and practical tools. It does not guarantee specific business outcomes, as results depend on individual implementation and external factors.
8. Modifications and Termination
Schedule Changes: Program administrators reserve the right to modify the schedule or content if necessary.
Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Program is canceled, participants will receive a full refund.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
