AI Marketing Machine® Terms and Conditions Updated July 2026 Unstoppable Enterprises Pty Ltd – ABN 16 667 313 073

By enrolling in the AI Marketing Machine® program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before purchasing.

1. Program Overview

Objective: The Program is designed to help you build and implement AI-powered marketing and operations workflows to save time and enhance your business.

Support: Participant support is provided through The Biz Rebelution membership, which is included with your enrolment as outlined in Section 2.

2. What’s Included

Program Access: Participants receive 3 months of access to all AIMM Program materials from the date of purchase.

The Biz Rebelution: Enrolment includes 3 months of access to The Biz Rebelution membership (valued at $411 AUD). This provides daily support in the Facebook group with Em Gee and the community, plus 2 AI Workroom Zoom calls per month.

Current Biz Rebelution Members: If you are an existing Biz Rebelution member at the time of enrolling in the Program, the following applies:

  • Monthly members: Your monthly payments will be paused for 3 months for the duration of your included Program access. To arrange this, email hello@therealemgee.com after your purchase and we will action the pause on your behalf.
  • Annual members: Your annual renewal date will be pushed out by 3 months, giving you 3 additional months of membership access at no extra cost. Email hello@therealemgee.com after your purchase and we will update your renewal date.

In both cases, your existing membership continues seamlessly – you simply receive the 3-month Program inclusion on top of what you already have, with no double billing.

Updates: The Program materials may be updated during your access period. Where updates are made, you will have access to the updated content at no additional cost.

3. Pricing and Payment

Standard Price: The standard enrolment fee is $997 AUD (excl. GST), which includes 3 months of The Biz Rebelution membership.

Alumni Pricing: Past participants (Alumni) are eligible for a discounted rate. Contact us prior to purchase to access alumni pricing.

Payment Plans: Instalment options are available at checkout. All payments must be completed within the duration of your access period.

Failed Payments: If an instalment payment fails, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Continued failure to complete payments will result in loss of access to the Program and its materials. Any payments already made will be applied as a credit toward a future program.

4. No Change of Mind Policy

This Program is a digital education product. Once you have been granted access to the Program portal and materials, no refund will be issued on the basis of a change of mind.

By enrolling, you confirm that you have reviewed the program content overview and inclusions on the sales page and have made an informed purchasing decision.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of the Program and to ensure the money-back guarantee (Section 5) remains available only to participants who have genuinely engaged with and implemented the content.

The no change of mind policy applies regardless of circumstances including but not limited to: a change in personal circumstances, a decision that the Program is not the right fit after purchase, or a preference for a different program or format.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind this Program and the results it delivers when implemented. The following guarantee is available to participants who have genuinely engaged with the content and done the work.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You have watched all core modules in full.
  • You have completed the AI roadmap exercise and submitted it for review.
  • You have built and implemented at least one AI workflow in your business and can provide evidence of this.
  • You have accessed The Biz Rebelution support during your membership and made use of the available support.
  • After implementing the above, you genuinely do not believe the Program has saved you 10 or more hours per week.

Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@therealemgee.com within 30 days of your access period ending. Your request must include evidence of completion and implementation as outlined above.

Review: All refund requests are reviewed by the Program administrators. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Unstoppable Enterprises Pty Ltd after a full review of your participation and implementation evidence.

Change of Mind: Refund requests that do not meet all conditions listed above, or that are identified as a change of mind rather than a genuine failure to achieve results after full implementation, will not be approved. This includes requests made without evidence of completion and implementation.

6. Participation and Conduct

All participant support takes place within The Biz Rebelution Facebook group and Workroom calls included with your enrolment. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with all members of the community. Em Gee and her team reserve the right to remove participants who engage in disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behaviour, without a refund.

Confidentiality: Sharing Program materials, recordings, slides, or workbooks outside the enrolled group is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in immediate removal from the Program without a refund, and may result in legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials including modules, slides, templates, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Unstoppable Enterprises Pty Ltd and Em Gee. Participants may use Program materials for their own personal business use only. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of Program materials is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Educational Nature: The Program provides educational content and practical tools. It does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on individual implementation, consistency, and external factors outside our control.

AI Tools: The Program teaches the use of third-party AI tools and platforms. Unstoppable Enterprises Pty Ltd is not responsible for changes to, pricing of, or availability of any third-party tools referenced in the Program.

9. Modifications and Termination

Content Changes: Program administrators reserve the right to modify or update Program content during your access period.

Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the Program is cancelled by Unstoppable Enterprises Pty Ltd, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
